I have been inspecting homes since 2007 and I am committed to giving you, the client, an informed inspection report based on a visual, non-invasive, non-exhaustive and un-bias condition of the property, inside and out. I will sit down with my clients and review defects found during the inspection. All inspection reports include digital pictures. The inspection process does not stop with the delivery of the report.
