  • I have met all of the requirements set forth by the State of Tennessee, and have passed the State exam for home inspectors. I am licensed (#460) by the State  and fully insured. (General liability insurance, errors and omission insurance)
  • I  exceed the continuous education requirments set forth every year by the state of Tennessee and by the associations in which I am a member.
  •  
    I am a member, in good standing, with the following organizations:
          -BBB of Middle Tennessee
  •      - National Association of Certified Home Inspectors
  •        (NACHI)
  •      - Middle Tennessee Chapter of the
  •        National Association of Certified
  •        Home Inspectors (NACHI)
  •      - Home Inspectors of Tennessee Association (HITA)
